Delete Your Account & Data

Trivially — an AI-powered voice trivia app by Petrri

You can permanently delete your Trivially account and all associated data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what gets removed, and what (if anything) is retained.

Delete directly in the app (recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Trivially app. No email required.

  1. 1 Open the Trivially app on your device.
  2. 2 Tap your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
  3. 3 Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  4. 4 Confirm the deletion when prompted. Your account and all server-side data are removed immediately.
Instant deletion. Choosing “Delete Account” in-app permanently removes your profile, session history, coin balance, and authentication credentials from our servers right away — no waiting period.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us directly.

  1. 1 Send an email to aitrivia@petrri.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
  2. 2 Include the email address associated with your Trivially account so we can locate it.
  3. 3 We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

Account profile Deleted Your name, email address, and profile picture URL are permanently removed from our servers.
Session history Deleted All trivia session records — scores, streaks, categories played, and timestamps — are permanently deleted.
Coin balance Deleted Your basic and premium coin balances are removed. These are non-transferable and cannot be refunded.
Auth credentials Deleted Your login session and authentication tokens are revoked and removed immediately.
On-device data Deleted Local data (missed questions, high scores, custom categories, AI host preference) is wiped from your device at deletion time.
Aggregate analytics May be kept Fully anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g. total sessions played across all users) may be retained. These cannot be linked back to you in any way.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. If you later reinstall Trivially you will need to create a new account.

Third-party data

Trivially uses a small number of third-party services. Deleting your Trivially account removes your data from our systems, but you may also wish to manage data held by these providers directly:

Supabase Stores your account and session data on our behalf. Data is deleted when your Trivially account is deleted. Privacy policy →
Google OAuth If you signed in with Google, you can revoke Trivially’s access at any time via Google Account Permissions →
Google Gemini Live audio is streamed ephemerally during premium sessions and is never stored by Petrri. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy → for Gemini data practices.
